Gravity Falls, created Alex

Hirsch, is the best show I have ever watched. It tells the story of twins Dipper and Mabel, after they were sent to Gravity Falls, Oregon, to live with their Grunkle Stan for a summer. During this vacation they encounter many creatures and items that should not exist, including a journal that documents experiences about the town around them. The more time they spend here, the more secrets they uncover, and they soon realize that danger is lurking around every corner. Be warned, because things are about to get weird.

Recipe of the Week: Pancakes!

Preheat your non-stick pan or griddle. When it gets hot enough, lower the heat just a bit and either spray the pan or griddle with non-stick spray or butter.
To make the batter, you need 1 cup of milk, 2 eggs, 1 cup of Bisquick mix (or any other pancake mix) and (optional) 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
When you finish making the batter, make sure you pour it on the pan in a somewhat circular motion so you get a nice circle.
As you cook the pancakes, flip them so they don't burn. The side that's on the pan or griddle will be a light brown color.
Once both sides are brown, you can take them and stack them on your plate and drizzle a little syrup and butter. Enjoy!
